This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

Everything was good. The people were nice. But they are implementing a 1990s hotel business model. When you enter the building you get accosted by what seems like 1000 valet parking people. It’s not their fault, that’s their job, but it’s a bad experience. And then… God forbid… If you wanna take your own bags up to your room, you’re made to feel guilty because you didn’t tip some guy to do that. Bottom line is it would be a good hotel if it wasn’t a constant tipping experience. I paid $60 a day for the valet parking service. I don’t want to have to spend my life going to McDonald’s so I can get cash to tip these people. I would have gladly paid an extra $150 a day if they stopped the tipping game. It was too much and it made it an unpleasant experience. And, God forbid, when I didn’t tip, I felt guilty. Really guilty. Which made the hotel stay that much less pleasant. I know their comment is you don’t have to tip, but we all know you do. It would’ve been so nice if they had a sign that said no tipping. In fact I would’ve gladly paid much much more to stay there in exchange for such a sign.
